I feel sad. And that's ok.
It’s almost a relief. I can finally identify a feeling and a reasoning for it. I’m not going mad after all. And you know, I would much rather be sad than hopeless, trapped, frantic, or a great many other things. Sad is safe. Sad can be assuaged.
